Shipping policy

Where we ship. Orders ship from our US warehouse to addresses within the United States only.

Shipping rates. At checkout you can choose:

- Standard — $8.00, delivered in 3–5 business days. Standard shipping is free on orders of $35.00 and up.

- Express — $15.00, delivered in 1–2 business days.

Tracking. You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Delays. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and peak-season volume can extend delivery. If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of shipment, contact us through the form on our Contact page and we will look into it.

Incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address you provided, we will contact you to reship it; additional shipping charges may apply.

Refused or undeliverable orders. If an order is refused at delivery or cannot be delivered and is returned to us, any refund will be reduced by the return shipping cost we incur.
