Measure your dog before you order. You need two numbers: chest girth and neck girth.
How to measure in 3 steps
- Chest: Wrap a soft tape around the widest part of your dog’s chest, just behind the front legs. Keep it snug but not tight.
- Neck: Wrap the tape around the base of your dog’s neck, where a collar sits. Leave room to fit two fingers under the tape.
- Compare: Match both numbers to the size table for the product you are buying. If your dog is between sizes, contact us and we will help you choose.

If a harness, collar, or jacket doesn’t fit, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll send a different size free of charge. The original item must be clean and undamaged. We’ll let you know if we need it back.
